藏药郎庆阿塔颗粒中挥发油成分研究

摘    要:目的:建立藏药郎庆阿塔颗粒中挥发油成分的定性定量方法.方法:采用气相色谱-质谱法对郎庆阿塔中挥发油成分进行定性鉴别,采用顶空气相色谱法对挥发油中的芳樟醇进行含量测定.结果:分离鉴定了郎庆阿塔挥发油中的36个化学成分,占挥发油总量的90%;芳樟醇在10.62~169.92 μg峰面积积分值与进样量有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率99.2%(n=6).结论:所建方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于藏药郎庆阿塔颗粒中挥发油成分的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective: To develop the method for qualitative and quantitative determination of the volatile oil in Tibet medicine Langqing Ata granule.Method: All the volatile oil was identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,and the content of linalool in volatile oil was determined by headspace gas chromatography.Result: Thirty-six compounds,about 90% of the total volatile oil,were separated and identified.The calibration curve of linalool was linear within the range of 10.62-169.92 μg,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,and the average recovery(n=6) was 99.2%.Conclusion: The established method is simple,accurate and reliable.It could be used for quality control of Tibet medicine Langqing Ata granule.
