不同灭菌法对保济丸及白芷中欧前胡素含量的影响

目的:探讨不同灭菌方法对白芷及保济丸中欧前胡素含量的影响.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同灭菌方法(微波灭菌-A法、微波灭菌-B法、加湿微波灭菌-A法、加湿微波灭菌-B法、湿热蒸汽灭菌法以及钴-60灭菌法处理)和未灭菌处理的保济丸及白芷中欧前胡素的含量.结果:该试验建立的含量测定方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好.采用加湿微波灭菌-A法处理后的白芷和保济丸中欧前胡素含量较其他灭菌方法高.结论:采用加湿微波灭菌-A法可保存白芷及保济丸中欧前胡素的含量.

Effect of Different Sterilization Methods on Content of Imperatorin from Baoji Pill and Angelica dahurica

Objective :To investigate influence of different sterilization methods on the content of imperatorin from Baoji pill and Angelica dahurica. Method :The content of imperatorin from handled by different sterilization methods(microwave sterilization-A,microwave sterilization-B,wet microwave disinfection-A,wet microwave disinfection-B,moist heat sterilization,Co-60 radiation sterilization) and non-sterilization of Baoji pill,A. dahurica were determined by HPLC. Result :This trial established determination method was precision,stability and repeatability. The content of imperatorin in A. dahurica and Baoji pill which handled by wet microwave disinfection-A was comparatively large as other sterilization methods. Conclusion :The content of imperatorin from A. dahurica and Baoji pill could be retained by wet microwave disinfection-A.
