| 摘 要： | 护生核心能力的培养是新世纪高素质护理人才培养的趋势,必须从护生教育开始。在教学中,除注重理论教学之外,不可忽视实践教学。近年来根据学校、师资、学生的综合实际情况,尝试在技能教学方面进行改革和创新、开发校内实验项目,采用多种不同的实践技能教学手段,以提升护生的核心能力,在实践教学中,取得了较好的教学效果。
