| 摘 要： | 总结192例经闭孔无张力吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的护理。充分做好术前准备给予有效的心理支持,加强术前宣教,术后做好排尿情况和并发症观察,针对患者生活习惯和行为方式进行指导。减少并发症的发生,提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Based on summarizing nursing experience of 192 cases of stress urinary incontinence treated by transobturator midurethral suspension procedure,we conclude that effective psychological support,sufficient preoperative preparation and education,intensive observations of urination and complications after operation,necessary guidance on living habits can help to reduce incidence of complication and increase cure rate. |
