| 摘 要： | 对大学毕业生而言,就业能力的增长,就业储备至关重要。医学领域由于其特殊性,对从事医疗服务的工作人员有着更高的要求。随着世界医学的迅速发展,社会对医学教育不断提出更高的要求。形成性评价的实质在于强调对学生良好学习能力的培养和形成,最终得到一定的知识积累和技能训练。用好形成性评价对医学生就业储备具有显著的增量作用。
