摘    要:目的:建立藏药智托洁白丸中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以铑为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)测定样品中Cr、Mn、Ni、Co、Cu、Zn、As、Pb、Fe、Se等10种微量元素的含量。结果:该方法对各元素的检出限为0.003-0.093μg·g^-1,加标回收率在96-106%之间,国家标准物质茶标(GBW07404)和杨树叶(GBW07405)的测定值与标准值基本吻合。结论:方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,可以用于测定智托洁白丸中微量元素的含量。

Abstract:Objective: Estabhshed the method for determination of the trace elements in Grubthobrildkr. Methods: A method was studied for the assay of ten trace elements such as Cr, Mn, Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, As, Pb, Fe and Se in Grubthobrildkr by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with Rh as internal standard. Results: Detection limits for above elements were 0.003-0.093 μg?g-1, with the recoveries were 96-106%. The results obtained showed close agreement with the national standard substances of tea leaves (GBW07404) and poplar leaves (GBW07dO5). Conclusion: The method is fast, accurate and reliable, which can be used to determinate the contents of trace elements in Grubthobrildkr.
