摘    要:目的:研究藏药翼首草种群生物学特征,分析代表性有效成分随空间变化的规律。方法:采用植物种群生态学研究方法,调查典型样地翼首草密度、生物量;采用高效液相色谱法,测定各样地翼首草中马钱苷、齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量。结果:翼首草在主产区密度大、产量高,马钱苷、齐墩果酸与翼首草分布的海拔高度成显著负相关。结论:翼首草野外能形成优势种群,需要进一步研究可持续采收方法。

Abstract:Objectiv: To study the population biological characteristics of Pterocephalus hookeri and analyze the rule of representative active component changing with the space. Methods:Used the method of ecological study of plant population to investigate the density and biomass of Pterocephalus hookeri in typical sample plot. Used the method of HPLC to determine the content of loganin, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid from different sample plots. Results :The Pterocephalus hookeri has high density and yield in the main product area. The content of loganin and oleanolic acid had significant negative correlation with altitude of Pterocephalus hookeri. Conclusion: Pterocephalus hookeri could develop dominant population. Sustainable harvest method should be studied in future.
