| 摘 要： | 新药评价是需要多学科相互关联、多部门协作才能完成的复杂的系统工程,对学生创造性思维和综合实践能力的培养有重要的教育性意义。新药评价教学一贯坚持"以人为本,学生第一"的理念,重视青年教师创新教育能力的培养,强化课程的综合性、设计性和创新性,强调学生医学科研道德的培养,建立了一套以创新能力为主体的考核评价体系,实现了教学与科研的有机结合,在教学中构建了一套以能力培养为主线的教学新体系,使新药研究与评价教学水平得到进一步的提高。
