| 摘 要： | 目的 探索加压空心螺钉与双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法总结1999年1月-2003年1月加压空心螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折36例，双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折32例。结果 随访时间18～66个月，平均42个月，获得全部资料，加压空心螺钉治疗组并发症多，双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗组并发症少。结论 双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折安全有效，优于空心加压螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折。
