Orem自理模式应用于脑梗死病人的效果探讨

目的 :为脑梗死病人选择更好的护理方式。方法 :将 12 0例脑梗死病人分为两组 ,49例采用功能制护理(对照组 ) ,71例采用自理模式和整体护理 (观察组 )。观察两组病人并发症 (肺部感染、泌尿系感染、皮肤完整性 )、平均住院天数及病人对护理服务满意率。结果 :对照组并发症 ( 10例 )高于观察组 ( 3例 ) ;病人对护理服务的满意率对照组为91.47% ,观察组为99.3 4% ;平均住院日对照组为 16.98d ,观察组为14 .66d ,两组比较均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :自我护理、整体护理可减少脑梗死病人并发症 ,缩短住院日

Probe Into the Effect on Orem Self- care Model Applied in Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective: to find out a better way of nursing care for patients with cerebral infarction. Method: a total of 120 cases with cerebral infarction were divided into both test and control groups randomly. 49 cases of control group were just received the traditional care. 71 cases of test group had got nursing care of self-care model and holistic nursing care. Complications (pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection, skin integrality), mean hospitalization days and the satisfactory rate of patients to the nursing service in all two groups patients were observed. Results: patients of control group had more complications than that of test group had. In terms of the satisfaction rate of patients towards nursing service, patients of control group accounted for 91.47%, patients of test group accounted for 99.34%. Patients of control group had the mean hospitalization days of 16.98 d. However, patients of the test group had the mean hospitalization days of 14.66 d. There were statistical significant differences between the two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion: to carry out self-care and holistic nursing care in patients with cerebral infarction could reduce their complications and shorten their hospitalization duration.
