神经外科术中神经生理监测与脑保护

摘    要:目的 为了使神经外科手术操作不造成脑组织的损伤。必须依赖各种方式的神经电生理检查监测术中的神经功能。方法 本着重阐述目前常用的神经生理监测手段在术中的应用,分析脑电图,诱发电位,肌电图在术中应用的原理。方法,结果判断的要点,讨论麻醉对电生理监测的影响,术中监测的特殊要求,优缺点和发展前景等。结论 术中神经生理监测能促进神经外科手术的发展和最大限度地减少神经损伤,但它尚需要在神经外科手术实践中不断地探索和总结。

Abstract:Objective To avoid the injury to brain tissue due to operative maneuver by performing various monitoring methods of neuroelectrophysiology during neurosurgical operation. Methods The applications of common monitoring methods of electrophysiology during surgery were described. The important points of principles, methods and results of the electroencephalogram, evoked potentials and electromyogram were analyzed for operative monitoring. The effect of anesthesia on eletrophysiological monitoring, the specialized conditions, advantages and disadvantages and developing futures of intraoperative monitoring were discussed. Conclusion Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring can improve neurosurgical operations and decrease the injury to neural tissue during surgery to the maximum extent. But it needs continuous development and perfection in the practice of neurological surgery.
