怀安县城乡中小学生营养不良与贫血调查分析

目的　探讨怀安县城乡中小学生营养不良和贫血现状,为学校卫生工作的开展提供依据。方法　用整群随机抽样方法于2 0 0 2年9～10月对怀安县城乡10 0 6 3名6～17岁中小学生的体质健康状况进行调查。结果　检出城乡中小学生营养不良340 8人,总营养不良率为33.87% ,检出贫血15 70人,总贫血率为15.60 % ,其中检出男生营养不良16 39人,营养不良率30.82 % ,贫血75 9人,贫血率14.27% ;女生营养不良176 9人,营养不良率37.28% ,贫血811人,贫血率17.09%。结论　怀安县城乡中小学生营养不良和贫血率均高于全省平均水平。政府学校和家庭均应予以高度重视,并采取必要措施,改善学生的营养状况,降低贫血率.

Investigation and analysis on dystrophia and anemia among primary and middle-school students in Huai'an County

Objective The purpose of this investigation on the current status of dystrophia and anemia among primary and middle-school students of Huai'an County was to provide basis for the implementation of sanitary work in schools. Methods Investigation on health conditions of 10 063 primary and middle-school students aged between 6 and 17 in Huai'an County was carried out using cluster random sampling.Results 3 408 students who had dystrophia were detected, with a rate of 33.87%; 1 570 students with anemia were detected and the rate was 15.60%, of which there were 1 639 males with dystrophia, accounting for 30.82% and 759 males with anemia, accounting for 14.27%; 1769 females had dystrophia, with a rate of 37.28% and 811 had anemia, with a rate of 17.09%.Conclusion Both rates of dystrophia and anemia among primary and middle-school students of Huai'an County are higher than the average level of the whole province, which deserves special attention.
