耻骨上前列腺摘除术止血方法的改进

本文报告用结扎前列腺动脉及 Monsel's 溶液纱布填塞前列腺窝的止血方法,行耻骨上前列腺摘除术13例,取得了满意的止血效果。其方法是:在切开膀胱前,以“0”号肠线缝扎两侧的前列腺动脉。前列腺摘除后,立即用50%Monsel's 溶液浸湿的烈纱布填塞前列腺窝,压迫5min 后取出纱布,清洗膀胱及腺窝。此方法可明显减少手术中出血量及输血量,且无毒,无副作用。本组13例术中均未输血,术后仅1例输血,远期随访无尿路感染,结石、尿道狭窄等并发症。

IMPROVEMENT OF HEMOSTASIS IN THE PROSTATECTOMY ON OSSA PUBIS

This paper reports the method of hemostasis by ligating arteria of prostate gland and tamponading fossa of prostate gland with Monsel's solution gauze.The satisfactory results have been gained in 13 cases treated by the method above in our hospital since 1985. The method is that the prostate gland of both side is sutured with NO.O catgut before cutting open the vesica urinaria.After the prostatectomy,the pros- tate gland is at once tamponaded with the hot gauze dipped in 50% Monsel's solution,then the hot gauze should be taken out after pressing for five minutes and the vesica urinaria and the prostate gland lavaged. The bleeding and transfusion of the operation will obviously be reduced by this method described above.Besides there is no poison and side-effect.No transfusion among the 13 cases was needed.Only one case had transfusion after the operation without any other complications through a long follow-up.
