摘    要:目的优选产舒颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法通过正交试验法,以复方浸膏收得率及浸膏中酸枣仁皂苷A的含量为考察指标,筛选提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:药材10倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论所选工艺稳定性好,合理可靠。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the optimal extraction processes for Chanshu granule.METHODS The extractive procedure of Chanshu granule was screened with orthogonal test,according to the extractive rate and content of jujuboside A by HPLC.RESULTS The optimal process was performed by 1-hour extraction for three times,with 10-fold volume of water.CONCLUSION The process is stable,scientific and reasonable.
