| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨头孢吡肟治疗下呼吸道细菌性感染的疗效。方法]对44例下呼吸道感染患者采用头孢吡肟1．0～2．0g／次加入5％GS或0．9％NS100mL中静脉点滴，Q12h，10～14d为1个疗程。结果]头孢吡肟的临床有效率为84．1％，痊愈率为63．6％；细菌清除率为84．1％。结论]头孢吡肟治疗下呼吸道细菌性感染疗效确切，副反应小，其抗菌谱广，抗菌活性很高。
