| 摘 要： | 文章通过对广州大学城某高校学生社团发展状况进行调查,发现社团存在会员对社团认识欠清晰、活动质量欠佳、衔接传承不够、社团的管理观念和管理手段滞后、指导老师配备不足等问题,提出高校学生社团应向社会化运作、品牌化建设和建立正规有效的培训和指导机构、完善社团规章制度,形成规范化,制度化管理等方向发展,真正构建能体现当代教育特色的学生社团.
