| 摘 要： | 目的；探讨奋乃静与利培酮对精神分裂症病人生活质量的影响。方法：用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI－74）分别评估患者的疗效及生活质量。结果：两组PANSS分值治疗前后均有显著差异， 而相互比较，则无显著性差异。而利培酮组的躯体健康维度、心理健康维度及社会功能维度 得分分别高于奋乃静组，均有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：奋乃静和利培桐对精神分裂症的疗效相当，但利培酮组的生活质量优于奋乃静组。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect between perphenazine and risperidone on the life quality of patients with schizophrenia. Methods The patients with schizophrenia treated respectively by perphenazine and risperidone were compared. The efficacy was measured with the Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale (PANSS), while the life quality were evaluated with General Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74). Result After treatment, the scores of PANSS were both significantly decreased. The risperidone group had the better effect than the perphenazine group in the field of physical function, mental health and social function. The difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The both drugs were similar in effect, but the patients with schizophrenia treated by risperidone had better life quality than that of perphenazine. |
