| 摘 要： | 本文直接比较了14-羟基吗啡酮和吗啡的镇痛作用,研究了纳络酮对14-羟基吗啡酮镇痛作用的拮抗作用,观察了14-羟基吗啡酮的毒副反应。改装幻灯机为辐射热刺激装置,用于镇痛实验。

| Abstract: | 14-Hydroxydihydromorphinone 0.5mg/kg produced about the same analgesic action as morphine 10mg/kg in potency.Its analgesic action can be antagonized by naloxone.The LD_(50)of 14=hydroxydihydromorphinone sc.was 364±38mg/kg in mice.Some of the experimental animals were quiet,decrease of respiratory rate,and salivation;others were intranquil,increase of respiratory rate,and indivi- dual vomiting,when 1.5mg/kg and 3.0mg/kg of 14-hydroxydihydromorphinone administered. |
