| 摘 要： | 目的:观察标准去骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法:对60例重型颅脑损伤行标准去骨瓣减压术患者的临床和随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果:60例患者术后随访0.5~1年,其中良好8例,中残10例,重残11例,植物生存12例,死亡19例。结论:标准去骨瓣减压术是治疗重型颅脑损伤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of standard decompressive craniotomy on severe traumatic brain injury.Methods:The clinical data of 60 cases of severe traumatic brain injury treated by standard decompressive craniectomy were retrospectively reviewed.Results:All the cases were followed up for six months to one year.Good recovery was observed in 8 cases,moderate deficit in 10 cases,severe deficit in 11 cases,persistent vegetative status in 12 and death in 19 cases.Conclusions:Standard decompressive craniotomy im... |
