针灸对急性脑梗死患者早期恢复的影响

目的:探讨针灸治疗对急性脑梗死患者早期恢复的影响。方法:将发病48 h以内的急性脑梗死64例患者随机分为针灸组与对照组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,针灸组在对照组基础上加针灸治疗,疗程均为14 d,治疗前后测定两组患者日常生活活动能力(BI)及神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)的变化。结果:治疗14 d后,针灸组疗效显著优于对照组,针灸组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗对急性脑梗死患者的早期恢复有确切作用。

Iinfluence of Acupuncture Treatment on Early Recovery in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective：To discuss the influence of acupuncture treatment on the early recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods ： The patients with acute cerebral infarction within 48 hours of 64 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group. The control group received conventional drug therapy and the acupuncture group on the basis of control group therapy and acupuncture and the two groups were treated for 14 days. Before and after treatment, the changes of the two groups patients were measured with activity of daily living （BI） and the neurological deficit scores （NIHSS）. Results ： After the 14 days＇ treatment, the curative effect in the acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the control group. The NIHSS score of the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture has definite effect on the recovery of early acute cerebral infarction patients.
