Skp2和P27在口腔疣状癌中表达的研究

目的：研究Skp2与p27在口腔疣状癌中的表达及其相关性。方法：检测15例口腔疣状癌、30例口腔鳞癌、15例正常口腔黏膜中的Skp2和p27蛋白表达。结果：Skp2、P27在口腔疣状癌组的表达与鳞癌组无显著差异，与正常组有显著差异（P〈0．05）2．口腔疣状癌中，skp2、p27的表达在年龄、性别、肿瘤部位及临床分期因素上无显著性差异；口腔疣状癌中Skp2，p27表达负相关（P〈0．05）。结论：Skp2和p27可能参与了口腔疣状癌的发生发展；Skp2可能通过下调p27来抑制肿瘤发生。

Expression of Skp2 and p27 in Oral Verrucous Carcinoma

Objective： To study the expression of Skp2 and p27 in the oral verrucous carcinoma and the correlation between them. Methods： The immunohistochemistry technic was used to detect the expression of Skp2 and p27 in 15 OVC tissues, 30 oral squamous carcinoma tissues, and 15 normal oral mucosa tissues. Results： The expression rates of Skp2 and P27 in the OVC were significantly different from those in normal mucosa （P〈0.05）, but there was no difference of Skp2 expression between the OVC and OSCC. In the OVC, There was no different expression in sex, age of the patients, as well as the tumor site or stage. Spearson analysis showed that Skp2 was inversely as- sociated with expression of p27 in OVC. Conclusion： The expression of Skp2 and p27 may contribute to the carcino- genesis and progression of OVC. Skp2 plays an important role in the downregulation of p27 during oral cancer de- velopment.
