四神丸加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察

目的:观察四神丸加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例腹泻型肠易激综合征(中医辨证为脾肾阳虚证)患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组予四神丸加味治疗,对照组予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊配合使用复方地芬诺脂片,疗程2周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗前后腹痛腹泻积分比较,差异均具有统计学与意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组对腹痛、腹泻疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组和对照组中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四神丸加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(中医辨证为脾肾阳虚证),在改善腹痛腹泻症状和中医证候方面均有较好的疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Sishen Pill in Treatment of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Sishen pill in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syn- drome. Methods ：60 cases of diarrhea type： irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and the treatment group was given Sishen pill in the treatment, and the control group was treated with Bifid Triple Viable capsule combined with compound diphenoxylate tablets. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. Results ： In comparison with integral of ab- dominal pain and diarrhea of the control group before and after treatment,the differences of the treatment group were statistically significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In comparison with curative effect between the treatment group and the control group on abdominal pain and diarrhea,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. tn comparison with TCM syndrome curative effect of the control group, the clinical curative effect of the treatment group had significant differences （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Sishen pill had a satisfactory clinical curative effect in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome in improving the efficacy of abdomi- nal pain and diarrhea symptoms and TCM syndrome, and had no obvious adverse reactions.
