| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨异常吞咽对牙根吸收的影响。方法：选择11-16岁异常吞咽患者和正常吞咽患者各24名，拍全口曲面断层片，分别测量2组上下颌8个切牙的牙根吸收等级，并经过计算机进行统计学检验。结果：2组的牙根吸收等级差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：异常吞咽是牙根吸收的高危因素。

Relationship between Tongue Thrust and Root Resorption |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the degree of the root resorption in tongue thrusting. Methods： 24 patients with tongue thrusting and 24 patients with normal swallowing were selected. All patients were 11-- 16 years old. radio- graphs taken were used to evaluate the degree of root resorption on upper and lower incisors. x^2 test was used for statistical analysis. Results： The degree of root resorption on incisors with tongue thrusting was significantly differ- ent from that with normal swallowing. Conclusion： Tongue thrusting may increased root resorption. |
