| 摘 要： | 目的:观察莲心碱对大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:线栓法阻塞大鼠大脑中动脉2h/再灌注24h,观察莲心碱3mg/kg对大鼠行为学改变、脑梗塞体积、血清中总过氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的影响。结果:莲心碱能显著改善大鼠的神经系统损伤症状,缩小脑梗死灶,降低LDH活性,提高SOD活性。结论:莲心碱对大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注损伤有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the protective effect of liensinine on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:The right middle cerebral artery of the rat was occluded by inserting a thread through internal carotid artery for 2h,and then reperfused for 24h.Liensinine(3mg/kg) was injected after ischemia.After 24h,use the Zea Longa grade point standard to valuate the hurt degree of the nervous system,the TTC dyes calculate volume ratio of the cerebral ischemia.LDH and SOD activity of the serum were determined.Results:Compared with ischemia group,the nervous system hurt symptom was significant improvement,and the cerebral ischemia volume was also much smaller in the liensinin group.The liensinin decreased LDH activity and increased SOD activity of serum.Conclusion:The liensinine has protective effects on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats |
