流动采血车卫生监测及分析

目的了解流动采血车卫生状况,提高工作人员清洁消毒意识,促进血液安全。方法2006年6-12月,对本站5辆流动采血车内物品、仪器、人员手消毒等不定期检查;采用问卷式考核相关岗位43名工作人员业务知识;演练正确洗手法等。结果检出有些物品表面有血迹;不足量血液未及时封口处理;个别工作人员消毒意识待提高;考核及演练结果显示有些职工理论知识学习不全面;正确洗手方法未引起重视。结论采血车内工作人员消毒意识存在差距,应继续加大对卫生清理工作的监管力度,采取针对性措施,以保证血液安全。

The Hygiene Supervision and Analysis on Mobile Blood Collecting Car

Objective To understand the hygiene status in the mobile blood collecting car, improve the consciouness of cleaning and sterilizing of the workers,and then promote the blood salty. Methods By method of random survey,we checked the products and instruments as well as hand hygiene of the workers in mobile blood collecting ear. By method of questionnaire survey, we tested business knowlodge and washing-hand method of workers,during June to December in 2006. Results We had checked that some product surface had blood station; insufficient blood had not been sealed on time ; the individual worker should strengthen sterilizing consciousness. We found that some workers exsisted defection in studying theory knowlodge;some workers did not pay attention to the methods of washing hand correctly. Conclusion It exsist margin that the consciousness of cleaning and sterilizing among the workers, we will continue to enhance the management of heath clean and adopt counter measures to promote the blood safty.
