| 摘 要： | 目的]研究胃癌CD44v6的表达及意义。方法]应用免疫组织化学ABC法 ,研究85例胃癌手术标本中CD44v6的表达。结果]胃癌原发灶中CD44v6表达阳性率为61 2%(52/85)。CD44v6表达阳性率在进展期胃癌(66 7%)、累及浆膜层胃癌(72 2%)、淋巴结阳性胃癌(73 2%)均高于早期胃癌(30 8%)、未累及浆膜层胃癌(41 9%)、淋巴结阴性胃癌(37 9%)(P<0 05或P<0 01)。结论]CD44v6可能参与胃癌的浸润和淋巴结转移过程。检测胃癌CD44v6的表达 ,有助于对胃癌生物学行为的了解及对患者预后的判断

| Abstract: | To investigate the expression of CD44v6 and its significance in human gastric carcinoma The expression of CD44v6 was investigated in 85 cases of gastric carcinoma with ABC method of immunohistochemistry In the series of 85 cases of gastric carcinoma,CD44v6 was expressed in 61 2%(52/85) Positive expression rate of CD44v6 in advanced gastric cancer was 66 7%;serosa invaded gastric cancer,72 2%;and lymph node involved gastric cancer,73 2% It was higher than those of early stage,30 8%;serosa uninvaded,41 9%;and lymph node uninvolved one,37 9%(P<0 05 or P<0 01) Conclusion]CD44v6 plays an important role in the process of invasion and lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma The expression of CD44v6 is found to be an useful tool for evaluating prognosis of human gastric carcinoma |
