p53在弥漫型胃癌中的表达研究

目的]研究 p53蛋白表达在胃癌预后中的意义。方法]采用免疫组织化学LSAB法 ,对152例胃癌组织中 p53蛋白表达进行检测 ,分析 p53表达与临床病理因素及预后之间的关系。结果]p53蛋白表达阳性率为24 3%(37/152) ,其表达与胃癌各临床病理因素之间无明显相关性。p53表达在肠型胃癌与弥漫型胃癌之间不同 ,生存率分析显示 ,p53表达的不良预后者仅见于弥漫型胃癌而非肠型胃癌。结论]p53蛋白表达可用于识别弥漫型胃癌中具侵袭性并伴不良预后的亚组胃癌病例

Study of p53 Expression in Diffuse Type Gastric Cancer

To study the prognostic value of p53 oncoprotein expression in gastric cancer p53 was prospectively investigated by immunohistological staining in 152 cases with primary gastric cancer Correlation between p53 expression and clinicopathological factors and prognosis was analysed Positive staining,indicating gene mutations,was detected in 37 tumors(24 3%) No correlation was showed between expresion of p53 and various clinicopathological factors However,p53 overexpression was different between intestinal and diffuse type gastric cancer Survival analysis revealed that poor survival with p53 expression was found only in diffuse type gastric cancer(P<0 05),not in the intestinal type Conclusion]The presence of p53 overexpression may identify a subset of more aggressive tumors with a poor prognosis in diffuse type gastric cancer
