国产盐酸阿扎司琼预防化疗所致呕吐的临床效果

[目的]观察国产盐酸阿扎司琼预防含顺铂方案引起的恶心呕吐的临床疗效和不良反应。[方法]对62例患者采用随机单盲对照研究的方法 ,分别用国产盐酸阿扎司琼和国产盐酸格拉司琼预防呕吐。[结果]国产盐酸阿扎司琼和国产盐酸格拉司琼第一天预防呕吐的有效率分别为96 8 %和93 5 % ,出现呕吐的患者第一天平均呕吐次数分别为2 5次和2 2次。[结论]国产盐酸阿扎司琼是预防化疗药物引起呕吐的有效药物 ,其不良反应可耐受。

Clinical Efficacy of Home-Made Azasetron Hydrochloride in Prevention of Emesis Induced by Anticancer Drugs
