端粒酶活性在乳腺癌中表达的研究

:目的]探讨端粒酶在乳腺癌中的活性表达情况。方法]利用非放射性的PCR ELISA反应试剂盒检测51例乳腺癌及其中20例癌旁组织和9例正常乳腺组织的端粒酶活性。结果]51例乳腺癌、20例癌旁组织和9例正常乳腺组织的端粒酶活性阳性率分别为82 4 %(42/51)、5 %(1/20)和0(0/9) ;乳腺癌中不同组织分类之间及不同临床分期之间的端粒酶活性阳性率均无显著差异(P>0 05)。结论]端粒酶在绝大多数乳腺癌中表达 ,其活性与乳腺癌的组织分类、临床分期和肿瘤大小无相关性。

The Expression of Telomerase in Breast Cancers

s:To investigate the telomerase activity in human breast cancer tissues.Total of 80 breast specimens from 51 patients with breast cancer,including 51 malignant lesions,20 adjacent tissues and 9 normal samples,was examined for telomerase activity by a non-radioisotopic telomerase PCR ELISA kit combined with PAGE-silver stain method.Forty-two of 51 malignant tissues,1 of 20 adjacent tissues exhibited positive telomerase activity.Other malignant or benign samples presented negative.There was no marked statistical difference among different clinical stages or different tissue types (P>0 05).Conclusion]Telomerase activity presents in most of breast cancer tissues.It is a very specific tumor marker for breast cancer.Frequency and level of telomerase activity are not related to patients'histopathologic types, clinical stages,or size of tumor .
