莲必治注射液治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻158例疗效观察

目的探讨莲必治注射液对婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将158例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为两组，治疗组92例采用莲必治注射液10—15mg/kg·d，分2次静滴治疗，疗程3-5d；对照组66例给予阿昔洛韦片口服，5mg／kg·次，4次/d，连用5d。结果治疗组总有效率为（96．7％，89／92）明显高于对照组（63．6％，42／66），差异具有统计学意义（x^2=29．72，P〈0.01）。结论莲必治注射液治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效确切，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of Lianbizhi injection on 158 infants with autumn diarrhea

Aim To investigate the clinical effect of Lianbizhi injection on autumn diarrhea. Methods 158 infant with autumn diarrhea were divided into two groups randomly. 92 infant in the treatment group were given 10-15mg/kg/d Lianbizhi injection intravenous drip bid for 3-5d. While 66 infant in the control group were given Aciclovir Tablets 20 mg/kg/d q.i.d, for 5d orally. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group （96.7% ,89/92） was significandy higher than the control group （63.6% ,42/66,P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Lianbizhi injection on infant autumn diarrhea is good.
