清营解表合剂对流感病毒A/PR/8/H1N1感染小鼠肺指数影响的动态观察

摘    要:目的]动态观察清营解表合剂改善流感病毒感染小鼠病毒性肺炎的情况.方法]采用亚洲甲型鼠肺适应株(A/PR/8/H1N1)滴鼻感染小鼠制作小鼠病毒性肺炎模型,随机分组,光学显微镜下观察小鼠肺组织的病变程度并留取照片,同时计算小鼠肺指数,比较同一时相不同组间及不同时相同一组内肺指数的变化趋势.结果]中剂量清营解表合剂与银翘解毒颗粒改善小鼠肺炎的效果相当,高剂量清营解表合剂组小鼠感染病毒后第5 d肺指数基本恢复正常.结论]高剂量清营解表合剂对小鼠病毒性肺炎的疗效优于中剂量清营解表合剂与银翘解毒颗粒.

Abstract:Objective] To dynamic observe the Qingying Jiebiao composition effect interfering mice infected by influenza virus. Methods] To set up the viral pneumonia model mouse infected in nose by influenza virus A/PR/8/H1N1. The mice were randomly divided into each group. To observe the pathological changes extent of mice lung tissue and take a photograph by light microscope. To compute the mice lung index and compare the change tendency of lung index on same time of different groups and different times of same group. Results] The middle dosage group of Qingying Jiebiao composition had similarly cfinical effect than that of Ying qiao Jiedu granules group. The lung index of Qingying Jiebiao composition high dosage group had recovered in the fifth day of virus infected. Conclusion] The high dosage group of Qingying Jiebiao composition had superiorly curative effect than the middle dosage of Qingying Jiebiao composition and Ying qiao Jiedu granules.
