| 摘 要： | 目的分析我院2004年～2006年麻醉药品的应用情况。方法对我院2004年～2006年麻醉药品的用药频度、用药金额等统计数据进行分析。结果在我院临床应用的8种麻醉药品中,芬太尼注射液的用药频度居第一。结论我院麻醉药品的应用基本合理,吗啡口服剂为我院临床缓解肿瘤疼痛之首选;哌替啶已不作为癌痛治疗的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective Survey the application of narcotics in our hospital during the period 2004~2006. Methods Analyze the statistical data such as medication frequency,amount of money of drug use of narcotics in our hospital during the period 2004~2006. Results Fentanyl for injection is leader of medication frequency in the 8 narcotics which were clinic practiced in our hospital. Conclusions Narcotics of our hospital are basically reasonable,and morphine for oral use has become the first-choice drugs for relieving cancer pain in our hospital. Pethidine is no longer used as a choice for cancer pain. |
