流行性出血热并多器官损害70例临床分析

本文对70例流行性出血热（EHF）并发多器官损害或衰竭病人的临床资料进行分析和讨论。其中死亡12例、自动出院6例。肾、胃、肠道、心、脑、肺是EHF病人最易损害的器官。本组并发3～5个器官损害或衰竭的治愈率达50％～60％，说明此病若能及时合理的治疗，其预后较其它疾病所致的多器官损害或衰竭要好。

Clinical analyses of 70 cases ill with complicated multiple organ lesion caused ty epidemic hemorrhagic fever

The clinical information of 70 cases ill with complicated multiple organ lesion caused by epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF)or exhaustion patients was analysed and discussed in the paper. Among them, 12 cases died and 6 cases were discharged from hospital voluntarily. The kidneys, stomach, intestines, heart, brain and lungs of the EHF patients are the organs that most tend to lesion. The cure rate of the patients ill with 3 to 5 complicated organ lesion was 50 to 60 percent. This result shows that the prognosis of EHF will be better than that of complicated multiple organ lesion or exhaustion caused by other diseases if the disease is treated promptly and reasonably.
