| 摘 要： | 高糖高脂喂养联合链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,给予8或12周被动吸烟,检测大鼠血脂变化.结果 显示糖尿病吸烟组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素、游离脂肪酸升高,高密度脂蛋白胆同醇下降(均P<0.05).停止吸烟4周后总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素、游离脂肪酸下降(均P<0.01),与糖尿病对照组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).提示吸烟可能与血脂紊乱及胰岛素抵抗之间有密切的联系,而戒烟在一定程度上可逆转吸烟带来的危害. |

Effect of short-term smoking on serum lipids levels in diabetic rats |

| Abstract: | Diabetic rat models were induced by high-glucose and high-fat feeding combined with streptozotocin.Serum lipids were determined after 8-or 12-week passive smoking and during smoking cessation.Totat cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol,fasting insulin,and free fatty acids were increased in smoking groups(all P<0.05);while decreased 4 weeks after smoking cessation(vs control group,all P>0.05).High-density lipoprotein-cholesterol was decreased in smoking groups(all P<0.01).The results suggested that smoking may play a role in dyslipidemia and insulin resistance of diabetic rats,and cessation of smoking may partly reverse the impact. |
