| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨糖尿病足的治疗方法。方法:在全身用药抗感染、合理应用胰岛素控制血糖同时,针对不同类型溃疡采取有针对性的外科治疗方案。结果:21例经换药清创后痊愈,6例截趾,1例行皮瓣移植,3例行截肢术后愈合,1例自动出院。结论:正确有效的全身治疗,再结合外科治疗是治疗糖尿病足较好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the surgical management of diabetic foot.Methods Under treatment with anti-infection drugs and insulin for glycemia control,different surgical treatment schemes were adopted for various types of ulcer.Results Of 32 cases,21 cases were healed after debridement;6 cases were done by toe amputation,and 1 case underwent flap transplantation;3 cases were done by amputation;1 case left the hospital against medical advice.Conclusion Combined with surgical treatment,effective systematic ther... |
