老年结肠癌患者术前肠道清洁改进的效果评价

目的探讨提高老年结肠癌患者术前清洁灌肠效果的护理对策。方法将肠道手术的老年患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组依照常规进行术前清洁灌肠准备,实验组在灌肠过程中患者有便意时向肛门方向按压一侧臀部。比较两组灌肠的清洁效果及灌肠液溢出量。结果实验组灌肠的清洁效果及灌肠液溢出量明显优于对照组。结论老年结肠癌患者清洁灌肠协助按压一侧臀部能有效减少灌肠液外溢,达到良好的灌肠效果。

Evaluation on Effect of Improved Preoperative Cleansing Enema in Senile Patients with Colon Cancer

Objective To explore the nursing strategy which can improve the effect of preoperative cleansing enema in senile patients with colon cancer. Methods The elderly patients undergoing intestinal surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The conventional preoperative cleansed enema were performed in the control group, whereas the buttock compression method,i, e. pressed one side buttock along with anal direction when patients were aware of defecation in the process of enema, were performed in the experimental group. Results The cleaning effect and the spilling volume of enema fluid in the experimental group was obviously superior than that in the control group. Conclusion Pressing the side buttock in the process of cleansing enema can effectively reduce the spilling volume of enema liquid and achieve good enema effect in senile patients with colon cancer.
