我院2005年至2010年住院药房麻醉药品应用情况分析

目的 分析医院麻醉药品使用合理性和临床应用发展趋势,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考.方法 对医院2005年至2010年住院患者麻醉药品用量、金额、用药频度、药物利用指数进行统计、排序和分析.结果 麻醉药品的消耗主要在住院药房,用药频度居前4位的分别是枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、硫酸吗啡缓释片、盐酸布桂嗪注射液、盐酸羟考酮控释片.盐酸哌替啶的使用量逐年下降.结论 麻醉药品使用基本合理,医师和药师应重视麻醉药品的使用,以使其更规范化应用.

Utilization Analysis of Narcotic Drugs in Our Hospital Pharmacy

Objective To analyze the use rationality and consumption trend of narcoticsused in our hospital to provide basis for their management and rational use. Methods The utilization of the narcotics in the inpatients of our hospital during 2005- 2010 was analyzed statistically and sequenced in aspects of the consumption sum, consumption amount, DDDs and DUI. Results The consumption of narcotic drugs was mainly in the inpatient pharmacy. The top 4 narcotic drugs in the list of DDDs were fentanyl Citrate Injection, Morphine Sulfate Sustained-Release Tablets, Bucinnazine Hydroehloride Injection and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-Release Tablets. The consumption amount of pethidine hydrochloride was gradually decreased year by year. Conclusion The utilization of narcotic drugs in recent years was rational on the whole. Doctors and pharmacists should pay more emphasis on the use of narcotic drugs to promote the standardized application and management of narcotics in our hospital.
