佛山市中医院心理、失眠专科用药分析

目的 了解中医院心理、失眠专科的门诊用药特点,为临床合理用药和药房科学管理提供参考.方法 提取佛山市中医院2010年9月至12月心理失眠专科门诊用药数据,按用药种类、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计分析.结果 用药频度排序前两位是阿普唑仑片、盐酸曲唑酮片;药物利用指数接近或等于1的有氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片等,远大于1的有阿普唑仑片、艾司唑仑片等,药物利用指数远小于1的有盐酸氟西汀分散片、草酸艾司西酞普兰片等.结论 心理、失眠专科门诊采用中西医结合治疗.药物使用合理.

Analysis of Drug Utilization in Psychology and Insomnia Department in Our Hospital

Objective To investigate the situation of drug use in the psychology and insomnia department so as to provide reference for rational drug use and scientific management of the outpatient dispensary.Methods The outpatient consumption data of drugs from September to December 2010 in our hospital were statistically analyzed in respect of drug varieties,consumption sum,DDDs and drug utilization.Results Alprazolam and trazodone hydrochloride were at the first 2 places on the DDDs list.The drug utilization index（DUI） of flupentixol and melitracen was near or equal to 1;alprazolam and estazolam DUI was much more than 1;fluoxetine and escitalopram DUI was much less than 1.Conclusion The psychology and insomnia department of our hospital adopts the treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine and the drug use is rational.
