高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性疾病164例

摘    要:目的 观察高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性疾病的效果.方法 对医院儿科2010年1月至2011年1月住院的328例喘息患儿,根据入院顺序随机均分为2组.观察组用高渗盐水加沙丁胺醇、对照组用生理盐水加沙丁胺醇,均通过超声雾化机吸入.结果 与对照组比较,观察组喘息缓解时间明显缩短(P<0.05),肺部罗音消失时间明显提前(P<0.05),平均住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),总有效率为98.17%,明显优于对照组的74.39%(P<0.05).结论 高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗喘息性疾病有效且方法简便,值得临床推广.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of hypertonic saline in treating children asthmatic diseases.Methods 328 hospitalized children with wheezing in the pediatric department from January 2010 to January 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups in accordance with the admission order.The observation group(164 cases) was given the nebulization inhalation of hypertonic saline plus salbutamol and the control group(164 cases) was given the nebulization inhalation of normal saline plus salbutamol by ultrasonic spray inhalation machine.Results Compared with the control group,the wheeze remission time in the observation group was significantly shortened(P〈 0.05),the disappearing time of pulmonary rales was significantly earlier(P〈 0.05) and the average length of stay was significantly shortened(P〈 0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.1%and obviously higher than 74.39%in the control group(P〈 0.05).Conclusion Hypertonic saline nebulization inhalation is effective to treat asthmatic disease and simple in method,which is worth promoting in clinic.
