缬沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗老年性高血压62例

目的 观察缬沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效.方法 选取2007年9月至2010年9月与医院就诊的124例老年性高血压患者,随机均分为两组,研究组给予缬沙坦(80mg,口服,每日1次)和硝苯地平(20mg,口服,每日3次)联合治疗,对照组仅给予缬沙坦(80 mg,口服,每日1次)治疗,所有患者均连续用药4周.对比记录患者用药前和用药后血压.结果 两种治疗方案均能有效控制老年患者的血压,但研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组.结论 缬沙坦联合硝苯地平可有效治疗老年患者的高血压.

Valsartan and Nifedipine for Treating Senile Hypertension in 62 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan and nifedipine for treating senile hypertension. Methods A hundred and tweenty-for aged patients with hypertension were involved in this research from Sep. 2007 to Sep. 2010 and divided into two groups randomly and averagely. The research group was orally given valsartan 80 mg, once daily, and nifedipine 20 mg, 3 times daily, while the control group was given valsartan only. All the patients were treated for successive 4 weeks. The blood pressure（BP） before treatment and after treatment was recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The two therapeutic regimens could control BP effectively. But the effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The combined use of valsartan and nifedipine can effectively treat senile hypertension.
