云南省2001年流动人口疟疾感染情况分析

目的：分析2001年云南省流动人口疟疾感染及管理状况。方法：按照边境地区及元江流域疟疾联防规划，实施对流动人口的疟疾管理。结果：流动人口共查出发热病人81496例，疟原虫阳性率为6．73％。另外，检查非发热病人4968例，症原虫阳性率为11．00％。由国外返回的当地流动人口原虫阳性率最高，蕨是由外县进入的流动人群。结论：国外和外地进入的流动人群是造成当地疟疾传染源扩散的主要原因。因此，加强流动人口的疟疾管理，是提高防治效果的必要措施。

Malaria infectious status in floagng population in 2001 in Ymman Province

Objective To understand the circumstance of malaria infection and malaria management in the group of floating population of Yunnan Province in 2001.Method According to the scheme of malaria joint defense in border area and the valley of Yuanjiang River malaria management in the group of floating population and analysis the situation of malaria infection were carried out.Results 81 496 fever cases of floating population had been exanined and the malaria parasite positive rate was 6.73%.4 968 cases without fever has also been examined and the positive was 11.00%. The highest positive rate occurred in the local floating residents,returned from abroad to this locality. The second group was those moved in from other counties.Conclusion The main cause for spreading out of infecfious sources was due to the moved in and out of floating population and the those coming from other counties.So it is necessary to reinforce malaria management of the floating population in order to guarantee the smooth development of the eonomy in this province.
