| 摘 要： | 有无合并中枢神经系统儿童白血病各13例脑脊液微球蛋白(Cβ_2-MG 检验结果表明,两组之间无明显差异,说明Cβ_2-MG 与儿童合并中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)的关系需进一步探讨。比较 CNSL 组中7例鞘内给药治疗前后 Cβ_2-MG 测定值的结果显示,差异有显著性。从而证实用 Cβ_2-MG 测定值判断治疗 CNSL 的效果是有意义的.

| Abstract: | The value of β_2-MG in cerebrospinal fluid(Cβ_2-MG)of 26 cases of acute leukemia was investigated Among them 13 cases were eentral nervous system leukemia(CNSL),the mean value of Cβ_2-MG was 2.149±0.245mg/L; thp other 13 were non-CNSL for the control group,the mean value of Cβ_2- MG was 2.145±0.281mg/L with no difference from that the former.The values of Cβ-MG of 7 CNSL cases before and after intrathecal treatment were 2.073±0.320mg/L,1.249±0.314mg/L respectively.This decrease was significant in the statistics.This suggested that the value of Cβ_2-MG might be decreased wtih the effective treatment.The determination of Cβ_2-MG may be used as a early diagnoastic method for CNSL and helpful in the deter- mination of the prognosis of CNSL during the course of treatment. |
