| 摘 要： | 卵巢储备功能下降（DOR）和卵巢早衰（POF）在临床上并不少见,我们采用填精补肾,养血疏肝法治疗DOR和POF。对DOR的治疗有明显的降促卵泡激素（FSH）作用,防止其向POF转变,还有部分不孕者受孕;对POF亦能降低FSH,提高雌二醇（E2）水平,明显改善症状,防止骨质疏松、心血管疾病等并发症,部分患者能使月经来潮。体现了中医学＂治未病＂的思想。

| Abstract: | It is common in clinic for DOR and POF.We take the method of filling essence to notify kidney,nourishing blood to relieve liver for the diseases.For DOR,it can markedly reduce FSH,preventing changing to POF,also make sterility pregnant;for POF,it can decrease FSH too,and improve E2,markedly relieve symptoms,prevent osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases and other complications;some patients have menstruation;it embodies TCM thought ＂treating pre-disease＂. |
