以声嘶为首诊的食管癌63例报告

目的探讨以声嘶为首诊的食管癌临床特征和诊疗方法。方法对近15a以声嘶为首发症状，经喉镜检查、影像学检查、消化内镜检查和病理学检查确诊的63例食管癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果63例均为左侧声带麻痹，其中正中位4例、旁正中位54例、外展位5例。声嘶1mo10例、2mo32例、3mo以上21例。病理学结果，鳞状细胞癌61例，腺癌2例。放射治疗后17例声嘶加重，无呼吸困难，3例右侧声带外展麻痹。结论左侧声带麻痹为中上段食管癌特有表现之一。尽早确诊和及时放疗能有效控制肿瘤生长与扩散，提高患者生活质量和生存时间。

Esophageal Carcinoma withPrimary Feature to Hoarseness

Objective To study the features, diagnosis and management methods of the esophageal carcinoma with primary pictures to hoarseness. Methods Sixty -three cases with esophageal carcinoma, that their primary symptom was the hoarseness and affirmed diagnosis by laryngoscope, imaging ,digesting endoscopy and pathology examination , were summarized retrospectively. Results Of those patients, left vocal cord paralysis in 63 cases, middle position paralysis in 4cases, side middle position in 54 cases, abducent position in5 cases and discovered hoarseness within lmonth in 10 cases, 2 months in 32 cases, over 3 month in 21 cases. Pathological display was squamuous cell carcinoma in 61 cases, adenocarcinoma in 2 cases. Hoarseness become more severe in 17 cases but no dyspnoea and right vocal cord abducent paralysis in 3 cases after radiotherapy. Conclusions Left vocal cord paralysis is one of the special signs of esophageal carcinoma at middle and superior position. It is very important that early diagnosis and treatment can control the development and pervasion of the carcinoma and promote life quality of patients.
