| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在慢性光化皮炎(CAD)中的作用。方法:采用化学比色法检测血清SOD值。结果:85例CAD患者血清与20例正常人做对比,t=-7.20,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:SOD在CAD患者中清除氧自由基能力下降。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of superoxide dismutase(SOD) on chronic actinic dermatitis(CAD).Methods: The level of Serum SOD was detected by chemical colorimetric method.Results: Compared with normals,the level of serum SOD in 85 CAD patients was lower(t=-7.20,P<0.01).Conclusion: The effect of SOD on clearing oxygen free radical weakens in CAD patients. |
