上海市金山区职业卫生交互式协作管理模式运行效果评价

摘    要:目的 探讨交互式协作管理模式在金山区职业卫生管理中的作用。方法 选取3个乡镇150家企业进行交互式协作管理模式的试点,用x^2检验比较试点1年后企业职业卫生自我培训率,体检率及职业危害因素检测率的变化情况。结果 试点1年后,试点企业的职业卫生培训率从试点前的14.67%上升至试点后的42.00%(x^2=27.60,P〈0.01),健康检查率从试点前的67.30%上升至试点后的95.85%(x^2=2035.44,P〈0.01),职业危害因素检测率从试点前的64.28%上升至试点后的77.10%(x^2=42.07,P〈0.01)。结论 交互式协作管理模式能较好地适应金山区职业卫生管理运行要求,值得进一步推广和应用。

Abstract: Objective ] To evaluate the effect of the management of the model of alternating occupational supervision in Jinshan district. Methods] The model of alternating occupational supervision was conducted in 150 factories which sampled from 3 towns for one year. The change of the rate of self study, the rate of physical examination and the rate of detection for occupational risk factors were evaluated byx^2 test. Results] After one year, in experimental factories the rate of self study increased from 14.67 % to 42. 00 % (x^2 =27.60, P 〈 0.01) and the rate of physical examination increased from 67.30 % to 95.85 % (x^2 = 2035.44, P 〈 0.01) and the rate of detection for occupational risk factors increased from 64.28 % to 77.10 % (x^2 =42.07, P 〈0.01). Conclusion] The model of alternating occupational supervision can meet the requirements of occupational health management operation in jinshan district and the model is worthy of being popularized for more factories.
