2型糖尿病患者合并胰岛素抵抗与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系。方法对我院2007--2008年住院的63例2型糖尿病患者，测定其BMI、空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT），根据空腹血糖的结果分为DM1组（血糖控制较差组）和DM2组（血糖控制一般组），与25例正常对照组进行对照。结果2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜厚度与空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数呈显著正相关。结论2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与胰岛素抵抗及血糖控制程度密切相关，可能成为2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及心血管并发症的早期指标之一。

Relationship between insulin resistance and carotid artery intima thickness in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the relationship between insulin resistance and carotid artery intima thickness in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 63 patients with type2 diabetes mellitus who were administrated in our hospital between 2007 and 2008 were chosen, their BMI, fasting serum insulin （ FINS）, fasting Blood glucose （ FBG）, glyeosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）. carotid artery intima thickness were detected, and FPG was measured to divide them into group DM1 （ bad controlers） and group DM2 （ better controlers）, compare the data with those of 25 non-diabetec controlers. Results the carotid artery intima thickness showed a positive correlation with FPG and HOMA IR. Conclusion The carotid artery intima thickness might be an indicator of insulin resistance and complication of cardiovascular disease in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus.
