复方血栓通胶囊联合神经节苷脂治疗面神经炎的疗效观察

目的探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月在资阳市第一人民医院进行诊治的面神经炎患者92例为研究对象,入选患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各46例。对照组静脉滴注单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液,4 m L加入到0.9%氯化钠注射液250 m L中,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服复方血栓通胶囊,1.5 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗2周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的肌电图、Portmann评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为84.78%、97.83%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)波幅和短潜伏期波(R1)潜伏期均下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组Portmann评分均增高,而SAS评分均降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗面神经炎具有较好的临床疗效,可改善临床症状及心理状态,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with ganglioside in treatment of facial neuritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with Monosialotetrahexo-sylganglioside Sodium Injection in treatment of facial neuritis. Methods Patients (92 cases) with facial neuritis in the First People''s Hospital of Ziyang from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 46 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection, 4 mL added into 250 mL normal saline, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and electromyogram, Portmann scores, and SAS scores in two groups before and treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.78% and 97.83%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, CMAP amplitude and R1 latency in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the Portmann scores in two groups were significantly increased, but the SAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of facial neuritis, can improve clinical symptoms and psychological status, which has a certain clinical application value.
