天芪降糖胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究

目的探讨天芪降糖胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月—2017年3月宝鸡市人民医院收治的144例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各72例。对照组口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊,1粒/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服天芪降糖胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2个月。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后尿蛋白、肾功能指标、血清炎性因子的变化情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为77.78%、91.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h尿微量白蛋白(24 h UMA)、白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均显著下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗后,治疗组24 h UMA、UAER、Scr、BUN、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论天芪降糖胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期糖尿病肾病,可显著降低尿蛋白,改善肾功能指标,缓解机体炎症反应,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical study on Tianqi Jiangtang Capsules combined with calcium dobesilate in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Tianqi Jiangtang Capsules combined with calcium dobesilate in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Patients (144 cases) with early diabetic nephropathy in Baoji People's Hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 year were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 72 cases. Patients in the control group werepoadministered with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules, 1 grain/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group werepo administered with Tianqi Jiangtang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of urinary protein, renal function indexes and serum inflammatory factors in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 77.78％ and 91.67％, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, 24 h UMA, UAER, Scr, BUN, IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CRP in two groups significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). The levels of 24 h UMA, UAER, Scr, BUN, IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tianqi Jiangtang Capsules combined with calcium dobesilate has a significant effect in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, and can significantly reduce urinary protein, improve renal function index, also can relieve the inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
