| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰岛素抵抗（IR）与脑血管狭窄的关系。方法：177例患者分为正常组，轻度狭窄组，中度狭窄组，重度及闭塞组，测定空腹血糖，胰岛素浓度，计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果：狭窄组患者FBG与FINS显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），ISI较正常组明显降低（P〈0．01）。且轻度组和中重度组的FINS、ISI之间比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：急性脑梗死患者存在IR，并且IR程度与脑血管狭窄程度存在一定相关性，及早干预对于患者预后有重要意义，通过测定ISI，可作为脑血管造影前的一个参考指标。
